Coastal Phoenix was created out of a desire to beautify, enhance and provide affordable housing to the residents of Glynn County. Coastal Phoenix is a not for profit entity. Coastal Phoenix has formed a Community Land Trust Program in order to acquire, design, build, finance and rehabilitate properties to promote permanently affordable housing in Glynn County. Great care and planning have gone into Coastal Phoenix to ensure housing that is affordable, comfortable and beautiful.
