The qualifications to apply for Southeast Georgia Community Land Trust is to be within 120% of the AMI, Average Median Income, for the area of Glynn County. Below is the AMI and the 120% limit.
HUD has published for Fiscal Year 2009 the following Average Median Income for Glynn County: $55,200.00
The limit for qualification is 120% of the AMI for Glynn County which is: $66,239.99
